Stephen, now the apostles are telling the people about Jesus but the needy need help, so they appointed some good standing men to help them, but the Pharisees didn't like him then he was put on trial then false witness came then they said that blasphemed (said something bad about God!) (Stephen didn't blaspheme) then they asked Stephen if this was true? Instead of answering of cures not he said there history from


Abraham to Moses he might have done this to show that the Old Testament points to Jesus,

But the Pharisees didn't see that they had hard hearts.


  they got angry took him to the gate and stoned him his words were "forgive them Lord" kind of like Jesus! But sadly Stephen died.


But what we learnt is: we need to help the needy like Stephen. we shouldn't have hard hearts like the Pharisees. And that the Old Testament points to Jesus! And that we should love our enemies like Stephen and Jesus


There was a man named Saul he had everyone's coats after stephens death Saul or Paul later stared telling people about Jesus with zeal like we should be too like after Stephen Paul came the Bible can never be distorted Rome ended and still the Bible the word of God Is still standing to this day you can't stop what God is doing.


Summary time: don't have hard hearts and. Love your enemy's forgive your enemies too. like Stephen or like Jesus the greatest example. also the Old Testament pionts to Jesus.
